Anne Thorne Architects was a women led practice designing new-build and retrofit sustainable projects and advising clients on good quality low energy design. We have now retired and closed the practice.
We specialised in user participation and in low energy sustainable design and detailing, using natural materials and the Passivhaus Standard.
Over 20 years ATA built up a reputation for site and user specific projects that enhance the value of places by working imaginatively and collaboratively with our clients.
Our portfolio included community buildings, housing, education and children’s buildings, urban studies and masterplans.
AT Consultancy helped homeowners, schools and third sector clients reduce CO2 emissions and make the most of their buildings.
